Description

*This originally was a digital photograph that I took in 2014 on one of my trips that summer up in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.

And with that being said I have to mention what pops in my head

And, now back to the description of creation I am posting here:

So, I have taken my photo and I used AutoDesk Sketch book and Pixlr to do some editing & modifications on, to make it a digital piece.

With Pixlr:
I did use filters/layers on the piece (before and after using the SketchBook).

With Sketchbook:
I did some lovely smearing (I like to do that

)and some touch ups with the "paint", that I felt needed. On this piece the sky and mountains mainly were the smearing and used the "paint" on.

Since I did not smear all of the photo, and left some of the photo alone (and hopefully that can be seen with the green hills and trees) I am putting this is the Mix-Media category in the Digital Art (so it is digital paint and photography).

And lastly, I put a border* around it, as I thought it gave it more character.
